The candidate will handle responsibilities: Review contract drafting requests from user departments to ensure completeness of essential information, including scopes of services, pricing etc.; Contact user departments to assist them in completing contract request forms; Route completed contract requests to attorneys; Prepare initial drafts of contracts and contract language for attorney review; Review school-level contracts for vendors who provide services to schools and have established contract forms/riders acceptable to the Board; Coordinate finalizing agreements, obtain Vendor signatures, manage process of obtaining CPS signatures and final delivery of fully executed agreement to Vendor and Department; Other tasks as assigned by attorneys. Must have associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal or similar certification preferred. Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience in a transactions or similar legal practice.
