- Experience on the developer side of real estate transactions.
- Arizona Bar membership or eligibility for admission upon motion.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the Arizona Bar or ability to obtain membership.
Skills
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence.
- Experience with development-related legal work.
