Duties

• Engage in employment litigation involving state and federal claims.
• Develop case strategies and manage discovery and motion practice.
• Provide day-to-day employment advice to clients.
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance handling.
• Represent clients in arbitration and NLRB proceedings.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor statutes.
• Experience with case strategy and hearings.
• Ability to counsel clients on employment matters.
• Traditional labor experience in the private sector.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
