A law firm seeks an experienced Estate and Business Planning Attorney in Omaha, Nebraska. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team focusing on estate planning, business succession, and related legal areas.

Duties

• Consult with and advise clients on estate and business succession planning.
• Draft documents to implement estate and wealth transfer plans.
• Prepare federal estate and gift tax returns, including complex issues.
• Assist clients in establishing private foundations and charitable vehicles.

Requirements

• 3 - 7 years of legal experience in estate, succession, and tax planning.
• Knowledge of estate, gift, and corporate/partnership tax laws.
• Experience with advanced estate and wealth transfer planning techniques.
• Ability to research, draft documents, and develop solutions efficiently.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Nebraska.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain licensure.
