Duties

• Handle '33 and '34 Act matters
• Manage capital markets transactions
• Oversee IPOs and follow-on offerings
• Conduct private placement offerings
• Manage ongoing SEC reporting matters
• Advise on corporate governance
• Handle exchange listing matters

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience advising issuers and underwriters on financing and SEC filing matters
• Confidence in managing client relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate under time pressures and prioritize multiple projects
• Admission to the bar in the state of application

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
