Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience.  Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.  The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade EF. Salary Minimum $47,476. 

• FileMaker Pro experience
• Experience with Pre and Post Award Clinical Trials - Industry, Foundations, NIH, VA, DoD and NSF Funded Research
• Ability to connect and maintain relationships with professionals of all levels.

This position is an integral part of post-award financial management in the CTU. This position is responsible for:

• Tracking accounts receivable on CTU managed clinical trials and reconciling payments to clinical A/R;
• Creating A/R in the PeopleSoft system and invoicing sponsors; maintaining the data relating to research operations finance and personnel in the Clinical Trials Management System - HIDRA, including time and effort reports, and preparing journal entries for CTU fees on a monthly basis; and tracking expenses and revenues in the HIDRA system. 
• Conduct compliance reviews for internal and external studies on all pre award and post award financials. 
• Throughly review all study expenditures and receivables upon study closing to ensure all financials are accurate.
