Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases from initial consultation to trial.
• Engage in drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and taking depositions.
• Argue motions and prepare for and attend trials.
• Collaborate with experienced shareholders to develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in case strategy meetings and receive mentorship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience (trial experience preferred).
• Strong desire to be a trial lawyer and gain hands-on litigation experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
