Duties:

• Provide expertise in antitrust matters related to technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions.
• Engage in advocacy before the DOJ and FTC to represent clients effectively.

Requirements:

• Outstanding academic credentials with a law degree from a reputable institution.
• Comparable law firm experience in antitrust law, demonstrating a solid foundation in competition analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and legal documentation.
• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar admission or eligibility.
