Job Details:

• Draft, review, and file motions as required during the litigation process.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, if necessary.
• Communicate with consumers, their employers, and their attorneys to resolve accounts and lawsuits.
• Timely and effectively handle court appearances in Los Angeles County and other nearby counties as needed.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• Additional licenses in other states (MO, IA, NE, ID, CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NV) are welcomed.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California.
• Experience in litigation preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases effectively.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances.
