The candidate will support the firm by performing various duties including heavy email monitoring for attorneys, answering the main line at the front desk, functioning as the first point of contact for the office, forwarding messages to appropriate parties, and more. Prioritize customer service and have an uplifting attitude, strong work ethic, altruistic personality, and be people-oriented. Monitor emails for multiple attorneys. Respond to incoming calls and forward all messages to appropriate parties. Greet guests, clients, vendors and more in a professional manner and directing them to meeting locations. Maintain and update conference room calendars. Handle maintenance requests via email and/or by phone. Order Office Supplies. Execute catering orders for law firm events. Provide support to the paralegals, legal assistants and attorneys as needed. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned. High school diploma degree is required; Some college coursework completed or degree is optional. Prior experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or office-related administrative role is required.
