Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of experience in probate and estate planning law within Colorado.

Education and Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • Specialized certification in Estate Planning or Probate Law is a plus.
