Duties

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Take and defend depositions

• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution methods

• Provide strategic legal advice and litigation support

• Conduct jury and bench trials as lead or co-counsel

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Demonstrated trial and deposition experience

• Proven track record of favorable case outcomes

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

• Willingness to work in person at the firm’s Beverly Hills office

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in-good-standing admission to the California State Bar

Skills

• Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw)

• Excellent written and oral communication abilities

• Solid organizational and case management capabilities
