Duties

• Appear in court and manage discovery procedures.
• Collaborate with clients from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience in a law office environment.
• Passion for Family Law and eagerness to learn.
• Strong client communication, legal writing, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with judicial council forms and discovery procedures.
• Ability to appear in person at LA and Ventura Superior Courts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar License (Required).

Skills

• Proficiency in Child and Spousal Support software, MS Office, and Clio Case Management.
• Experience with PDF software.
