The candidate should have experience in managing U.S. and international patent portfolios. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, be highly organized and detail oriented. 7+ years’ experience in IP is required. Should have superior academic record, excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Must be Good standing in the bar(s) where licensed to practice law, and willing to sit for the Pennsylvania or Delaware bar if not already licensed in one of those states. Should have a portable book of business and history of production; sufficient portable business to keep themselves busy.
