A law firm seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney in Philadelphia, PA, to manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement or litigation referral. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing national pre-litigation practice while collaborating with firm leadership.

Duties

• Manage personal injury matters from signed retainer through resolution.
• Conduct liability, damages, and insurance coverage evaluations.
• Develop case strategy and valuation recommendations.
• Prepare and negotiate demand packages with insurance carriers.
• Counsel clients throughout treatment and claim progression.
• Identify cases for litigation and prepare handoffs to litigation counsel.
• Collaborate with intake, referral partners, and leadership to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of national pre-litigation processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Significant pre-litigation experience managing a caseload.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and resolving personal injury claims.
• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• New Jersey admission, or willingness to obtain, preferred.
• Experience with Litify, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
