Duties

• Manage full caseload efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare initial case assessments and reports.
• Conduct motion practice and prepare discovery requests and responses.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Communicate directly with attorneys and clients via telephone and email.
• Track and record billed time on file-related tasks.
• Oversee and mentor associates.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Member in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3-6 years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal court.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
