Duties

• Conduct legal research and handle discovery processes.
• Take and defend depositions and conduct witness interviews.
• Draft pleadings and write briefs.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Prepare for trial and collaborate across offices.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably with trial experience.
• Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions or conducting depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Bar membership in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership.
