Duties

• Advise clients on a broad range of health care regulatory issues.
• Provide legal support to long-term care and senior living providers.
• Assist home health agencies and other institutional health care providers.
• Support health care investors and lenders with regulatory compliance.
• Address physician practice issues and related legal matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in health care regulatory matters.
• Experience with long-term care and senior living providers preferred.
• Familiarity with home health agencies and institutional health care providers.
• Knowledge of health care investment and lending regulations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in good standing.
