The candidate' must have current California Driver’s license and proof of valid car insurance. Duties include use of personal vehicle for running law firm/attorney personal errands, maintain attorney home office equipment, filing, copy jobs, indexing, meeting and appointment set ups, process incoming and outgoing mail, and carry out all other tasks/projects that may be assigned. Qualified candidate should be a quick learner, retain/carry out company policies and procedures, possess ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with good judgment, strong oral and written communication, communicate effectively and professionally, work well alone and as a team, responsible, dependable, good typing skills (60 wpm preferred but not required), experience with Microsoft Word/Outlook a plus.
