Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level estate planning associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience practicing law in estate planning. The candidate will support the legal team with client engagement and counseling, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, and managing project workflow in the practice areas of estate planning, along with business transactional work and probate. Draft various estate planning instruments, including last wills and testaments, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts for life insurance, spousal lifetime access trusts, gifting trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and more. Develop elements of estate plans for executives and entrepreneurs that integrate business planning into estate plans. Counsel clients on various aspects of estate planning and business planning, including organizations, family limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. Perform income, estate, and gift tax planning, asset protection planning, and disability planning activities for clients. Draft and negotiate prenuptial agreements and co-tenancy agreements. Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and in good standing.
