Duties

• Represent municipal clients in land use and zoning matters.
• Handle property tax assessment appeals.
• Engage in general civil litigation.
• Ensure compliance with the Freedom of Information Act.
• Manage municipal contracts and regulatory issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Connecticut Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of legal practice.
• Valid motor vehicle license.

Preferred qualifications

• Admission to practice in Federal Courts.
• 2+ years of experience in municipal law and/or land use and zoning.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Connecticut Bar.
