Litigation Associate

The candidate responsibilities will include: briefing appellate and complex issues, advanced legal research, and general litigation matters (i.e. court appearances, case management, the negotiation/drafting of settlements). Should have excellent academic record from an accredited law school. 1–4 years of litigation experience is required. Clerkship experience preferred.
