The candidate should have Bar Admission in the state of practicing. Must have 2-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional work. Experience handling healthcare transactions and providing advice relating to fraud and abuse (including the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute), HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, licensure and certification, and the corporate practice of medicine are preferred. Expertise relating to health care client regulatory compliance with licensure, fraud and abuse, and other state and federal regulatory matters is a plus.
