A law firm in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Attorney with a strong background in healthcare law. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in healthcare law, preferably with additional experience in a law firm setting.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to healthcare clients on various matters, including regulatory compliance, reimbursement issues, and healthcare transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on healthcare laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to healthcare operations.
• Represent clients in negotiations, administrative proceedings, and litigation related to healthcare matters.
• Advise clients on risk management strategies and potential legal implications in healthcare operations.
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive legal advice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing healthcare law.
• Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
