Duties

• Defend and conduct depositions as part of case development and discovery strategy.
• Manage all aspects of individual cases from intake through resolution or trial.
• Prepare trial materials and participate in trial proceedings.
• Represent clients in court during hearings, motions, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft law and motion documents to support litigation strategy.
• Conduct legal research and produce legal memoranda and briefs.
• Compose correspondence to clients, counsel, experts, and the court.
• Analyze and summarize discovery requests and responses.
• Draft notices and objections in alignment with case objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Conduct and defend expert witness depositions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in litigating personal injury cases in California.
• Proven track record in conducting and defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of California Civil Procedure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Results-driven mindset and team-oriented approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
