A distinguished law firm is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to enhance its commercial loan workout and foreclosure practice. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of commercial mortgage foreclosure and relevant litigation processes, specifically in New Jersey.

Duties:

• Manage commercial mortgage foreclosure cases from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.
• Maintain a litigation caseload, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
• Represent clients in court, including trials and hearings.
• Collaborate with legal teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing case updates and consultations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage litigation from inception to trial.
• Independent worker with excellent organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to New Jersey and/or New York State Bar.

Skills:
