Duties

• Collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds, including incarcerated individuals, ensuring effective representation.

• Work alongside senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies.

• Advocate for civil rights issues in both trial and appellate courts.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with preference for civil rights or constitutional law.

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience handling depositions, court hearings, and motions.

• Demonstrated passion for civil rights law and advancing justice through litigation.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law.
