Duties

• Advise attorneys on pleadings and court rules across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate court admissions and maintain electronic filing credentials.
• Protect and maintain confidential and proprietary information.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of court rules and procedures.
• Ability to articulate complex legal principles clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical skills for understanding and conveying legal concepts.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current bar admission in a relevant state.

Skills

• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms.
• Proficiency in e-filing procedures and calendaring software.
