The New York office is seeking a midlevel associate with 4 to 7 years of Project Finance experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project finance transactions. Some experience in renewable energy projects is preferred. The candidate must have strong competency in drafting and negotiating the principal financing documentation or experience in drafting or reviewing project documentation. The candidate should also be admitted to and in good standing with the New York Bar.
