Duties

• Report to the Head of Corporate Department.
• Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage junior team members.
• Engage in multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and agreements.
• Draft, review, and revise demand letters, pleadings, and motion papers.
• Assist with discovery, including drafting requests and responses.
• Prepare ancillary agreements and review key deal terms.
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Participate in client development and marketing.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
