Corporate Attorney
The candidate must have 3-7 years of experience handling sophisticated business organization issues. Expertise in business organization structuring, including drafting and negotiating complex operating agreements and partnership agreements is required. Expertise in business acquisitions and divestitures is needed. Experience in Trademark Law preferred. Current Bar license in New York or Delaware is desirable. Must be admitted to the practice of law in NC or willing to become licensed in NC upon joining the firm.
