The role involves providing strategic legal counsel on complex corporate matters and working with high-profile clients across a variety of industries. Duties:

• Advise clients on M&A and private equity matters, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction agreements and other legal documents related to M&A and private equity deals.
• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies for complex transactions.
• Support the team in managing the closing process for deals, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and trends within the M&A and private equity sectors.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in corporate law, specifically M&A and private equity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex legal issues.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
