Back Office Assistant
The candidate will assist attorneys and staff with various tasks including drafting/finalizing correspondence and documents, witnessing and notarizing documents, copying, scanning, and recording documents as requested. Back office support for all clients. Assist the Office Manager with special projects such as production of client letters. Primary backup to receptionist (greet clients and guests, schedule and confirm client meetings, answer and screen calls, assist with new client files, prepare mail, etc.). Conduct and maintain inventory of the firm’s supplies. Primary responsibility for the firm’s file management. Open, scan and distribute incoming mail. Participate in firm-sponsored legal seminars. College degree is required. Should have 2+ years of job experience (legal experience is a plus).
