Flushing office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate will provide legal representation to individuals on legal matters including representation in court appearances. Conduct thorough consultations with clients and make appropriate referrals to outside agencies and prepping sessions with clients for interviews with immigration judges. Supervise the work of paralegals in record-keeping and document preparation. Prepare documents in the client's file. Manage legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality. Draft motions, orders, judgments, and status updates. Must have admission to the Bar in the state of New York.
