Duties

• Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys to expedite litigation processes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Indiana.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• 3+ years of experience in family law cases.
• Proven success in client advocacy.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks such as billing and invoicing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
