Should have prior experience in civil litigation, subpoenaing records, retaining experts, summarization of written discovery and medical records, and be able to efficiently respond to written discovery and work in a fast-paced environment meeting regular deadlines. A paralegal certificate is a plus. Should have strong writing skills. Should be extremely organized, reliable, motivated, friendly, and a team player. A background in Plaintiff’s personal injury is preferred.
