Ward and Smith, P.A. is a growing full-service law firm with multiple offices throughout North Carolina. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Business Law Practice in our Raleigh office.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating, proofing, editing, revising, and printing correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents; assisting with travel arrangements; calendar management; meeting scheduling; group coordination; and other related administrative duties. Successful candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Word, possess strong grammar and punctuation skills, and be able to prioritize work assignments to meet critical deadlines.
This individual should be multi-task oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, initiative and commitment to learning, and be able to function well in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player. Experience working in a Business Law setting is helpful, though not required. Three to six years' experience in a professional services environment preferred.
We offer a generous $2500 sign-on bonus for our Legal Administrative Assistants.
