The candidate duties will include: The content management system, contact relationship management system, experience database and email marketing. Maintain these platforms to achieve quality data, relationship tracking, and list management, consistent with firm protocols and email regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Maintain the marketing and business development systems including the content management system/website, CRM, email management and the experience database. Work with business development team on implementation of the experience management system and processes. Monitor data within all systems to help ensure that data is current and accurate. Track performance and metrics related to marketing and business development technology. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Should have experience with CMS, CRM and Email Marketing platforms, specifically working knowledge of administrator tools as well as data management. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
