The candidate will represent clients in court, advocate on their behalf, and fight for their rights. Represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial. Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, memoranda, trial briefs, and other legal documents on assigned cases. Maintain knowledge of all relevant statutes, case law, office, and trial-related technology. Experience in personal injury law is required. Trial experience is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
