Contracts Manager
The candidate will manage the contracting process from beginning to end, including RFP review, proposal support, and drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and subcontracts that support business objectives. Complete administrative tasks such as organizational representations and certifications and filings. Work with internal organizations to limit risk and ensure compliance with internal policies and federal regulations. Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience; or 6+ years of experience without a Bachelor's Degree is required. Juris doctorate (JD) is a plus. Commercial contracting experience is a plus. Experience with FAR, DFARS, GSA and IDIQ contract vehicles, teaming agreements and prime contract and subcontract negotiation is required.
