Location:

• Garland, TX

Duties:

• Attend court hearings across the DFW metroplex

• Participate in depositions, including taking and defending

• Draft motions, responses, and various legal documents

• Review and approve discovery materials

• Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair, with opportunities to first chair cases

• Manage a high-volume caseload with the support of experienced staff

• Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to develop litigation skills

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas

• Interest in courtroom litigation and personal injury law

• Willingness to travel locally as needed for case work

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar license required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
