Job Duties:

• Independently handle cases from inception to resolution.
• Craft and execute strategies to optimize favorable outcomes for clients.
• Communicate substantively with courts, administrative offices, financial institutions, and clients.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and security instruments.
• Attend hearings and trials as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Positive and candid communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a remote team.
• Energy, discipline, and self-motivation to thrive in a home office environment.
• High level of organization and time management skills.
• Persistent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving and analysis.
• Confidence and drive to take initiative and remain accountable for case outcomes.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Mac/Apple, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and timekeeping software.

Education and Certifications:

• Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license in Pennsylvania/New Jersey (additional State Bars in good standing are a bonus).
