The candidate will corporate Board Meeting Agenda and Meeting Matters. Maintain the Directors’ and Officers’ Lists. Track and update the corporate entity management program with any changes. Assist with regulatory-compliance filings. Insurance topic-related and additional legal research. Handle various ad hoc requests from Attorneys & Paralegals as assigned. Open to 2L students who are actively enrolled in an ABA accredited Law School. Strong interest in law and/or the insurance/reinsurance industry. Be proficient using Microsoft Office software. Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Effectively manage priorities and be attentive to details and deadlines.
