Duties

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Perform and attend depositions.
• Prepare, produce, and review discovery demands.
• Prepare and deliver oral arguments.
• Develop case strategy.
• Attend trials, hearings, arbitration, and mediation.
• Communicate with clients.

Requirements

• JD Degree and admission in NJ.
• Civil Clerkship.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a civil litigation matter from consultation to resolution.
• Excellent client communication skills with empathy for client situations.
• Ability to manage client expectations.
• A positive attitude and independence to manage their own day.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
