Duties

• Draft and respond to pleadings.
• Manage written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations.

Requirements

• Experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars.
• Strong interest in developing an employment law practice.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars.
