Duties

• Manage a full caseload of motor vehicle negligence and general liability claims.
• Oversee junior attorneys and staff in their case-related responsibilities.

• Develop and implement strategic solutions to protect client interests.

Requirements

• Membership in the New York Bar.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience in case management, staff and junior attorney management.
• Proficiency in motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, and arbitrations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
