The candidate will assist/teach staff/secretaries/paralegals/attorneys (over the phone and in person) with complex documents and software. Quickly identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and other technical issues. Assist in managing/testing IT hardware, software, and server data. Law firm software and help desk experience is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office 2016/O365 skills are required.
