Duties

• Manage loan servicing consent transactions and loan modifications.
• Handle loan sales and asset management matters.
• Collaborate with team members to support national practice growth.
• Navigate complex real estate finance topics effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of broad real estate finance experience.
• Exposure to CMBS, CRE CLOs, and securitized products preferred.
• Ambition and team-oriented mindset.
• Active bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission.
