Location:

• Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania

Duties:

• Represent clients in civil and/or criminal litigation, including trials, hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Conduct in-depth legal research and apply findings to case strategy

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents without reliance on automated tools

• Interview and assess clients to determine legal strategies

• Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses to develop strong cases

• Appear before judges and juries to argue on behalf of clients

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients on case developments

• Monitor legal trends and changes in law that may impact active or future cases

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and/or criminal litigation

• Proven ability to manage and try complex cases independently

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court practices

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent trial advocacy and courtroom presentation skills

• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities

• Exceptional verbal and written communication

• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload

• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment
