• 3-5 years of experience in immigration removal defense, EOIR proceedings, or BIA appeals.
• Demonstrated courtroom or hearing experience in immigration court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Commitment to serving immigrant communities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to grow with the firm.

Education
